Joint Mission to Save a Small Patient
Joint mission: The Heart Institute and the Transcarpathian Regional Children’s Hospital joined forces to save a small patient.
In the Transcarpathian Regional Children’s Hospital, a surgical correction of a congenital heart defect – closure of an open ductus arteriosus – was successfully performed. Bohdan Serdenko, head of the Thoracic-pulmonology department of the Regioins Children’s Hospital, and Prof. Oleksandr Romanyuk, the Heart Institute, operated.
An invaluable opportunity to receive high-tech treatment within the region becomes a reality for parents and young patients.
We wish everyone further success and fruitful cooperation so that every heart beats stronger!
