For the first time in Ukraine, the cardiovascular surgeon Andriy Khokhlov, the head of the Department of Angiography and Endovascular Surgery of the Heart Institute, assistant of the Department of Cardiac Surgery, X-ray Endovascular and Extracorporeal Technologies, MD, received an international certificate of authorization for independent interventions in inoperable or operable patients with an extremely high risk of aortic stenosis.

Today, cardiac surgeon Andriy Khokhlov is the only doctor in Ukraine who has received such a certificate.
