Cardiac surgeon Ihor Mokryk, head of the Department of Acquired Heart Defects, and Dmytro Garbuz, cardiologist and cardiac surgeon, provided their professional assistance to our citizens near the war zone.
65 patients, adults and children with heart defects received consultation from a cardiac surgeon.
For most of them, it was the only opportunity to get a doctor’s consultation.
There are no borders or distances for health care and despite the risks and difficulties, we hurry to help everyone needing it.
