On July 14, 2022, the team of specialists of the Heart Institute including the adult team – cardiac surgeons Oleksiy Polishchuk and Oleg Zelenchuk, cardiologist, specialist in ultrasound diagnostics Oksana Ostrovska – and the children’s team – cardiac surgeon Volodymyr Vashkeba and cardiologist, specialist in ultrasound diagnostics Olha Shpora – conducted an on-site consultation in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.

Highly specialized medical care was provided to patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients after heart operations, as well as children aged 1 month to 15 years with congenital heart defects, on the basis of the Bilhorod-Dniester City Multidisciplinary Hospital. All the patients received important recommendations, some patients were referred for surgical intervention.

The visit was carried out at the invitation of Vitaly Zhniakin – the chief doctor of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky City Multidisciplinary Hospital and thanks to the support of a public figure, philanthropist, and head of the NGO Ackerman Development Team Viktor Andreenkov, the mayor of the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi  Vitaly Grazhdan, the mayor of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and a people’s deputy Oleksandr Tkachenko.
