A solemn event took place at the Heart Institute – the presentation of state awards to our colleagues for their selfless work and professionalism.
The Minister of Health of Ukraine, Viktor Lyashko, personally presented high honors to our colleagues:
▫️ Yevgeny Zhytynskyi, the doctor of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Department, was awarded the honorary title “Honored Doctor of Ukraine”;
▫️Natalia Mykhaylenko, the senior nurse of the Transfusiology Department, received the Medal of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, 1st degree;
▫️Kateryna Velyka, registrar of the Department of Transfusiology, was honored with the medal of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, 2nd degree.

These awards recognize the invaluable contribution of our doctors to preserving the health and lives of patients, especially in this difficult time for the country.
