Heart Institute Receives Modern Anesthesia and Respiratory System from Korean Government

The Heart Institute received a modern anesthesia and respiratory system as part of a large-scale donation from the Korean government.

This is the critical equipment for performing complex cardiac surgeries, especially in infants and young children. The anesthesia machine will help ensure maximum safety during surgical interventions, improve patient monitoring and the quality of postoperative care

We sincerely thank the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko, and Deputy Minister Maria Karchevych for their assistance in obtaining this help from the Korean government.
In wartime, each unit of such equipment is dozens of saved hearts.
