- 2008 – Present: Head of the Adult Intensive Care Unit at the Heart Institute being responsible for managing critically ill patients with various cardiac and other pathologies, as well as post-cardiovascular surgical cases in the context of extracorporeal circulation; overseeing patients after organ transplantation (heart, kidneys).

- Participated in conferences of the European Society of Anesthesiology (ESA), the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine (ESICEM), and the American Heart Association (AHA). - Completed an internship at a leading cardiac surgical clinic in Bad Oenhausen, Germany. Licensed to manage patients with implanted mechanical circulatory support devices (Berlin-Heart, Heart-Wear). Licensed for implantation and management of patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).
- Headed the first in Ukraine critical patient transport with ECMO support.
