On the 3th of December, 2015 the scientific and practical conference “Cardiomyopathy and heart failure” went in the Heart institute, with international participation. The leading cardiac surgeon of Mount Sinai clinic (New-York, USA) Allan Stuart spoke on the topic “Surgical treatment of the aortic dissection – contemporary tendencies and perspectives”.

Allan Stuart visited Ukraine with the main purpose to perform for the first time in Ukraine the unique operations for ascending aorta dissection cure in two Ukrainian patients at the Heart Institute.
