On May 20 and 21, 2022, three teams of doctors from the Heart Institute together with Prof. Borys Todurov held a field consultation in Irpin and Bucha of Kyiv Region.
The teams included: in Irpen – cardiac surgeon Maxim Rotar, ultrasound diagnostics specialist, cardiologist Oksana Ostrovskaya; in Bucha – cardiac surgeons Giaz Darvish, Oleksiy Polishchuk, ultrasound diagnostics specialist, cardiologist Yevhenia Verkasova; children’s team – cardiac surgeon Vadym Sakalov, specialist in ultrasound diagnostics, cardiologist Natalia Ruban.

On the basis of the Central Polyclinic in Irpin and the Bucha Center of Primary Health Care, consultative and diagnostic care was provided to 100 adult patients and 16 children with heart defects and cardiovascular diseases, several patients were advised for cardiac surgery.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Mayor of Bucha Anatoliy Fedoruk, Acting Director of the Bucha Center for Primary Health Care Oksana Dzham, as well as Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushin and Director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Irpin Central Town Clinic” of Irpin Town Council Anton Dovhopol, thanks to which the visit of the Heart Institute’s specialists took place.
