Recently, Prof. Borys Todurov, with colleagues from the Heart Institute cardiologist Victor Shevchenko and specialist in ultrasound diagnostics Oksana Ostrovskaya, visited Izyum (Kharkiv region), where they received citizens in the city hospital.
What was seen was shocking: a destroyed hospital in a destroyed city, dozens of patients needing immediate treatment because they had not received cardiac support for almost a year.
