The patient underwent surgery, including left hemihepatectomy, excision of the hepaticocholedochus, caudate lobectomy, resection and reconstruction of the middle hepatic artery, D3 lymphadenectomy.
No postoperative complications were observed, and the patient was discharged for outpatient treatment on the 12th day after the intervention.

A 47-year-old woman presented to the Heart Institute complaining of general weakness, chest pain, and dizziness during physical exertion. Diagnostic examinations revealed a rare pathology—a giant coronary-atrial fistula. The surgical team decided to close the fistula endovascularly using spiral systems.
