A New Chapter in the History of the Heart Institute!

At the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Young Scientists Council has been established for the first time, creating a platform for bold ideas, scientific discoveries, and ambitious goals.

Words of support and encouragement were delivered by the Institute’s Director, Academician Borys Todurov, Deputy General Director for Cardiac Surgery Vitalii Demianchuk, Professor Olha Yepachintseva, and Doctor of Medical Sciences Havrylo Kovtun. The Council’s organizational framework was presented by Nataliia Sierohina, Head of the Department of Postgraduate Education and Continuous Professional Development at the Heart Institute.

Sofiia Chaikovska was elected Chair of the Council, Mykola Melnyk as Deputy Chair, and Volodymyr Pres as Secretary.

We have big plans, ambitious ideas, and a shared mission: to showcase Ukrainian medical science to the world and proudly represent the Heart Institute’s unique expertise on the international stage.

Great changes begin with ideas, courage, and people who believe in the future.
