We want to start the new week of the new year with a phenomenal photo of our patients after heart transplantation, alongside the medical team.

This photo was taken at the Heart Institute on January 5th when 7 patients were at the heart transplantation unit—some were already preparing for discharge, while others were still undergoing rehabilitation with us. All the new hearts were transplanted in December—on the 8th, 17th, twice on the 21st, twice on the 27th, and twice on the 30th.

It’s a wonderful ending to the previous year for us and an even better beginning for 2024!

We are happy to discharge so many people with saved hearts. Let’s keep up the good work!
