In the first days of June, specialists of the Heart Institute operated on patients in Kherson: two coronary artery bypass grafting operations and three angiographic operations were performed. Our doctors went as a whole team with their equipment because quite a few patients needed complex procedures that could not be performed in the conditions of Kherson hospitals.

At that time, we considered this trip the first step towards restoring full-fledged treatment of cardiology patients in the Kherson region and planned further visits. And they could not even think what disaster would happen in a few days.

We will continue to help Kherson’s patients in all possible ways, and despite all the challenges, we will find new opportunities to save Ukrainian lives. No element will stop our professional efforts.
