In 1996 graduated from the National Medical University. O.O .Bogomolets. Since 1998 the beginning of scientific activity in the department of cardiac arrhythmias in  State Institution “ National Scientific Center “Institute of Cardiology named by academician M.D. Strazhesko” of the NAMS of Ukraine.

In 2005 defended  dissertation “Diagnostic and prognostic value of the QT interval in patients with coronary heart disease” in the specialty for scientific degree of the Candidate of Medical Sciences in specialty “Cardiology”

Since 2008 – Head of Diagnostic Consultancy Department for Adults of the State Institution “Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”.

Since 2016 – Head of the Department of Diagnostics of Pathology of the Heart and Great Vessels of the State Institution “Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”.

Since 2009 – Associate Professor of  Department of Functional Diagnostics of National medical Academy of postgraduate education named by P.L. Shupyk.

Since 2015 – awarded the academic title of associate professor of functional diagnostics

In 2019 defended  the dissertation for a scientific degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences “Changes of structural and functional state of myocardium and quality of life in patients with coronary artery disease after myocardial revascularization” in specialty “Cardiology”.

Annually consults about 6500 patients with various cardiovascular pathologies:

– complex cardiac arrhythmias on the background of resistant hypertension, including  symptomatic (secondary) hypertension, congestive heart failure, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathies;
– combined heart valvular disease, aortic pathology;
– chronic heart failure III-IV NYHA;
– pulmonary embolism;
– pathology of the cardiovascular system in combination with comorbid conditions – diabetes, pathology of the thyroid gland, diseases of the respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, kidney disease, cancer.

Experience in performing modern instrumental methods of examination of patients with pathology of the cardiovascular system.

The author of more than 260 scientific papers and articles, including in foreign publications and publications that are the part of the international databases Scopus. Received eight declaratory patents of Ukraine for a utility model. Has innovations in electrophysiology and arrhythmology.

Co-author of National Recommendations, methodical recommendations, textbooks: “Tests on functional diagnostics. Training manual for students of specialization cycles and pre-certification cycles”,”Fundamentals of electrocardiography”,”Functional diagnostics”.

Secretary of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Association of Specialists in Arrhythmology and Electrophysiology of the Heart, member of the editorial board of the journals Cardiac Surgery and Interventional Cardiology, Cardiology: from science to practice.

Member of the Association of Cardiologists of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Association of Cardiothoracic, Endovascular Surgery and Transplantology, All-Ukrainian Association of Cardiac Arrhythmology and Electrophysiology, European Union of Cardiology, European Association of Cardiologists (ESC), Heart failure Association (HFA), American Association of Cardiologists (ANA).

Takes an active part in scientific and practical conferences, plenums, congresses.

Since 2019, organized and actively participates in the annual schools “Heart Failure Deep Dive” (8 schools per year)

Principal Investigator of International Clinical Trials “SIGNIFY” 2010-2013, “ATPCI” 2014-2019, “Treatment of hypertension with a fixed combination of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, calcium channel blocker and thiazide-like diuretic” 2017

Last internship in December 2019 – Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos Center of Heart and Chest Surgery and Clinic of Cardiac and Vascular Diseases «Internship completion on the subjects of the work organization and management thru multidisciplinary collaborations, advanced cardiac imaging modalities, educational programs, innovative technologies in the treatment of cardiac patients» (total 102 hours)
